AGERA ENERGY CELEBRATES EARTH DAY WITH OFFICIAL GREEN BUSINESS CERTIFICATION APRIL 22, 2016
Country Executive Rob Astorino to Present Certificate to Chief Executive Officer Steve Laker
Briarcliff Manor, NY [April 19, 2016]: Agera Energy LLC (“Agera Energy” or “Agera”) is proud to celebrate Earth Day with their official Westchester Green Business Certification which will be presented on April 22, 2016 at 12:00 PM at their corporate campus located at 555 Pleasantville Rd, Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510.
To date, Agera is one of 19 organizations in Westchester County to achieve its green business certification, and is the first Energy Service Company (“ESCO”) within the county to become certified.
The certificate will be presented to Steve Laker, Agera’s CEO, by County Executive Rob Astorino and John Ravitz, Chief Operations Officer of The Business Council of Westchester.

As a licensed ESCO providing electricity and natural gas supply to homes and businesses throughout New York and across the United States, Agera has been adding energy management solutions to its’ portfolio which supports their overall sustainability goals internally as well as externally.

The program was launched in early 2014 and represents an expansion of the highly successful Westchester Green Business Challenge, a Business Council of Westchester program in partnership with Westchester County Government.
